1. Will I find the products I ordered already in the house at my arrival?
Yes, the products (food/beverages) you ordered will already be stocked in the house you booked in Venice.

2. What am I paying for on the Red Lion Services website?
On the https://redlionservices.it website, you only pay for the booking and shopping/home delivery service of
your food/beverages. The actual cost of the food/beverages will be charged at the time of your check-in in Venice.

3. Why can’t I pay for the products I ordered directly on the https://redlionservices.it website?
Red Lion Service only offers shopping/home delivery services for customers of The Red House Company.
The actual cost of the food/beverages will be charged at the time of your check-in in Venice.

4. What payment methods are available at the time of check-in in Venice?
You can pay in cash (only Euro currency) or with a Visa/MasterCard credit card.

5. Can I use the service to order and buy other products while I’m in Venice?
Si, puoi acquistare altri prodotti (cibo e bevande) con un anticipo di almeno 72 ore sulla consegna.

 

SERVICES

1. When do I pay for extra cleaning, taxi or luggage storage services?
Payment will be made the same day the service is provided (extra cleaning, taxi or luggage storage). You will pay the staff offering the service directly.

 

SOUVENIRS

1. Where will I receive the products I purchase on the website?
You will receive the products directly at the house you will be staying in Venice.

2. Could you send me the products I will purchase?
We do not offer this service for now. All the products we sell online can only be delivered to Venice, in the homes of The Red House Company.

 

EXPERIENCES

1. What payment methods do you accept?
The payment method is always specified in each ‘Experience’ we propose.

2. Can I cancel an Experience booking?
You can cancel your booking no later than 48h before the booked time and date.

3. Can I book an Experience while I am already in Venice?
Of course. You can book your Experience up until the Experience day itself, given seat availability.

 

PAYMENTS

1. What payment methods do you accept?
On the website, it is possible to pay by credit card (Visa/MasterCard) and PayPal. PayPal also allows you to
pay with Mastercard.

2. What am I paying for on the redlionservices.it website?
On the website, you only pay for the shopping/home delivery service of your food/beverages. The
actual cost of the food/beverages will be charged at the time of your check-in in Venice

However, our merchandise products are to be paid for directly online and will be delivered to your house in Venice.
